Location & Start Time
New Location: 16th Lancaster Scout Hut, Dorrington Road
Start Time: 4:30 PM
Duration: Approximately 2 hours
Important Notice: Due to safety concerns raised by Ellel Village Hall regarding the storage of our mats, we have relocated the grading to the 16th Lancaster Scout Hut on Dorrington Road for easier access.
Grading Fees: (to be paid upon successful completion of test)
Red Tags & Red Belts: £34.50
Black Tags & Above: £50.00
Dress Code:
Full Dobok uniform is required.
Students may switch to Vortex t-shirts for sparring and self-defence sections.
Please bring any and all protective equipment. Black Tag+ candidates will be required to wear their own kit. Red Tag and Red Belt candidates may borrow any club kit except groin/mouth guards.
Grading Process:
Filming: The entire grading will be filmed. All footage will be destroyed after review by an independent board - this keeps our standards high and in-line with our NGB requirements.
Results for Red Tags & Red Belts: Results will be given on the day of the grading.
Results for Black Tags & Above: Footage will be sent to an independent invigilator board of expert instructors for review. Feedback and final results will be returned within 2-3 weeks.
Prepare for a challenging and rewarding grading! If you have any issues with traveling to the venue at that time please let me know and we will accommodate as necessary.
