We specialize in Taekwondo and Kickboxing, focusing on discipline, technique, fitness, and self-defense.

2. Do I need prior experience to join?

Not at all! Our programs are designed for beginners through advanced students. You’ll be placed in a class that matches your age, fitness level, and experience.

3. What ages do you accept?

We welcome students from 4 years old through adults of all ages. Classes are divided by age groups to ensure the best learning environment.

4. What should I wear to my first class?

For your first session, comfortable workout clothes are fine. Once you become a member, you’ll be required to wear the official academy uniform (dobok suit or training attire) appropriate for your program.

5. Do you offer trial classes?

Yes! We offer a free 30 day trial pass so you can experience our training environment before committing to membership.

6. How often should I train?

Most students attend 2–3 classes per week, but you’re welcome to train as often as your schedule allows. Consistency is key to improvement.

7. Do you have programs for kids?

Yes, we have specialized youth programs that focus on building confidence, discipline, and respect while learning martial arts in a safe and fun environment.

8. What are the benefits of martial arts?

Martial arts improve fitness, flexibility, and self-defense skills, while also building discipline, focus, confidence, and mental resilience.

9. Are there competitions or belt testing?

Yes, we offer belt advancement opportunities and encourage students to participate in tournaments (optional). Testing requirements vary by program and rank.

10. How do payments and memberships work?

We offer flexible membership plans, including monthly, annual and pay-as-you-go. Payments are made via our app or via the website. Please see our Memberships page for details.

11. Do parents need to stay during kids’ classes?

Parents are welcome to stay and watch, but it’s not required. Many families find it a great time to run errands or relax while their child trains.

12. Do you offer private lessons?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer private lessons at this time.

13. What if I miss a class?

Cancellations more than 2 hours before class begins will be refunded to your account. Missed classes are non-refundable.

14. How do I sign up?

You can sign up online through our website, or via our app (Glofox). We’ll help you find the best program for your goals.
